No warranty supplied by Electrified Ocean beyond DOA parts as no warranty is provided by Chevalier. 

If your current PKC is inoperable, you can not use your current keys programmed to the inoperable PKC. New Key Fob(s) and NFC Cards must be used with programming a PKC

Effort to replace a PKC is substantial and requires the complete removal of the dashboard and also requires the PKC to be programmed by a technician with access to Fisker FAST tool, DSA OFT, or Chevalier ODB Tool. This service can be purchased from Electrified Ocean in addition to Key fobs, NFC Cards, and Programming of those items. All programming of the Fobs/Cards, & PKC Module are remote services. You must have the ability to install the PKC physically or a Technician capable of installing the PKC prior to programming the PKC. The cost of remotely programming the PKC is $250 and includes programming of new and unpaired Fobs & Cards.
